Event films at the Hilton Anatole.

Corporate programs, ballroom galas and multi-day conferences across the Anatole's 45-acre campus, filmed by a crew that knows its atriums, towers and ballrooms by name.

The Venue

A campus disguised as a hotel.

The Hilton Anatole is where Dallas puts its serious conferences. Hundreds of thousands of square feet of meeting space, two soaring atriums filled with art, tower suites for the executives and the Chantilly Ballroom for the nights that matter. It is less a hotel than a self-contained convention campus in the Design District, minutes from downtown.

Filming here rewards preparation. The atriums are gorgeous and tricky, all skylight and bounce, so we scout angles where the architecture flatters your stage instead of fighting it. The ballroom runs serious in-house production, and we coordinate feeds and lighting cues with the AV team so keynote audio arrives clean and the gala's uplighting reads on camera the way the designer intended. Between sessions, the art collection and grounds give interview backdrops most venues would charge extra to fake.

Multi-day programs are the Anatole's specialty and ours. We map the program across ballrooms, breakouts and receptions, keep a consistent look from morning sessions to black-tie night, and deliver per-day social edits while your attendees are still on property. By the time the closing brunch ends, the recap is already working on next year's registration.

Local Fluency

How we work this campus.

01

In-house AV fluent

The Anatole's production infrastructure is excellent. We integrate with it, taking feeds and coordinating cues instead of duplicating gear.

02

Atrium literate

Skylit atriums flatter wide shots and punish bad white balance. We know which hours and angles make them sing.

03

Campus logistics

Sessions in one tower, dinner in another, interviews by the koi ponds. We schedule crew movement so nothing is missed and nobody runs.

Good to Know

Common questions.

Can you cover events in multiple ballrooms at once?

Yes. With a multi-operator build from our quote builder we can hold a keynote, a breakout track and a reception simultaneously, then cut them into one coherent story.

Do you film galas in the Chantilly Ballroom?

Often, and it is one of our favorite rooms in the city. We cover black-tie nights with quiet long-lens coverage, capture the program from a clean feed, and deliver a film donors and sponsors actually share.

Can executives be interviewed during the conference?

That is the smartest use of having leadership in one building. We set a lit interview corner in a quiet corridor or garden spot and pull executives between sessions, fifteen minutes each.
