The Venue

Where Dallas hosts the country.

The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center anchors the south end of downtown with exhibit halls, ballrooms, theaters and an arena under one roof, and a calendar of national conventions that fills hotel blocks across the city. Events here are measured in city blocks, not square feet, and the coverage plan has to respect that.

We shoot convention centers the way organizers actually run them. Keynotes take a clean feed from your AV vendor so the audio is broadcast grade. The show floor gets a roaming team on gimbals, no cables and no light stands in the aisles, moving like credentialed attendees instead of a film unit. Breakouts and sponsor lounges get scheduled passes so every contracted deliverable is captured without a second visit.

The convention district is also in the middle of its once-in-a-generation rebuild, which means load-in routes, parking and hall assignments can shift between your site visit and your show dates. We stay current with the district's event logistics so your film crew is never the vendor asking where the dock went, and we build same-day edit workflows that can screen in your closing session before attendees scatter to the airport.

Local Fluency

How we work the district.

01

AV vendor friendly

We advance with your production company before load-in: soundboard feeds, stage access, rigging rules and IMAG sightlines, all agreed in writing.

02

Floor-safe kit

Compact cinema rigs, fast lenses for convention lighting, zero cable runs. Exhibitors notice the energy in the film, not the crew in their aisle.

03

Construction aware

The district is rebuilding around active show schedules. We track the current routes and rules so day one starts on time.

Good to Know

Common questions.

Can you cover a multi-day convention?

Yes, that is the core of our calendar. Each day's hours price separately in our quote builder, and deliverables can include per-day recaps, sponsor cutdowns and social verticals posted while the show floor is still open.

Can an edit screen at our closing session?

Yes. Our same-day option puts an editor to work while sessions run, producing a polished cut that plays in the general session, usually to the loudest applause of the day.

Do you handle sponsor deliverables?

Happily. Sponsor packages are often what pays for the film, so we capture contracted booth features, lounge activations and logo moments on a checklist, then deliver per-sponsor edits they can post themselves.
